Overview

Poem Stellium is seeking a poet to become a valued part of our growing team. This is a flexible, part-time volunteer position for someone based in London, UK, as occasional in-person meetings will be necessary. You’ll work closely with the Founder and Director, take part in events, host activities, and help shape the creative and cultural vision of our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a poet at Poem Stellium, you’ll play a meaningful role in both creative and community-oriented work. Your contributions will include:

  • Creating original poetry aligned with our mission of healing, transformation, and expression
  • Collaborating on creative projects and publications
  • Hosting or co-hosting workshops, poetry readings, or open mics
  • Sharing your voice at live or online events
  • Supporting and mentoring emerging poets
  • Actively participating in shaping the artistic direction of Poem Stellium

What We’re Looking For

  • A deep passion for poetry and creative expression
  • A confident and unique poetic voice
  • Interest in themes like healing, identity, transformation, and social awareness
  • Based in London, UK (essential)
  • Access to a laptop, internet, and phone
  • Optional but helpful: social media presence and prior community experience

This is a new role, and your responsibilities may evolve over time as we grow together.

Travel and Expenses
