At Poem Stellium, we approach poetry publishing with intention. As an online publisher, our focus is on bringing forward voices that carry depth, meaning, and impact.

We are here to create space for poets whose work holds weight — work that speaks, challenges, and stays with the reader.

Publishing is a responsibility. We are not looking to select widely, but carefully. We look for poetry that moves beyond surface, that reflects lived experience, and that has the ability to shift how people think, feel, and understand the world.

When a manuscript is selected, it is because we believe in its voice and its potential to resonate beyond the page.

What We Accept

Full-length poetry manuscripts only

(No fiction, non-fiction, or hybrid works)

Manuscript length: 30–60 pages (maximum 80 pages)

Original, unpublished work, or previously self-published work where you retain full rights

These open occasionally and are intended to ensure accessibility, particularly for those experiencing financial hardship.

Standard submissions

Outside of free periods, a £100 publishing fee applies if your manuscript is accepted. This covers ISBN registration, formatting, and in-house cover design.

Due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to provide individual feedback for unsuccessful entries

If Your Manuscript Is Accepted

Accepted authors will work closely with the Poem Stellium team on:

In-house cover design

(External cover designs are not accepted in order to maintain a consistent visual identity)

Formatting and preparation for publication

Optional additional editing services (available at an additional cost)

A clear royalty agreement

Authors retain full copyright of their work
