Refunds & Exchange Policy
At Poem Stellium, we are an online-based platform and many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners. We also offer digital products and downloadable content. This helps reduce waste and allows products to be created intentionally rather than mass-produced.
Due to the made-to-order and digital nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, incorrect sizing selections, personal preference, or orders placed in error.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and product details carefully before placing an order.
Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise stated, products sold through Poem Stellium are non-refundable due to the made-to-order, print-on-demand, or digital nature of our products.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital products and downloadable content
• Print-on-demand products and merchandise
• Apparel and accessories
• Stationery products
• Calendars
• Stickers, buttons, notebooks, and merchandise items
• Sale or discounted products
• Gift cards (if applicable)
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
We understand that issues can occasionally occur during production or delivery.
An exchange or replacement may be considered where:
• Your item arrives significantly damaged
• Your item contains a manufacturing fault or major printing defect
• You receive an incorrect item due to a fulfilment error
• Your order contains missing or damaged components
Examples may include:
• Significant damage during delivery
• Major printing defects
• Missing pages or damaged components
• Incorrect items received
The following are generally not considered faults:
• Slight colour differences caused by screen settings or printing processes
• Small variations in print placement
• Minor differences that do not affect the intended use of the product
Reporting an Issue
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the issue

Returns
Poem Stellium operates online and does not have a physical store or customer return location.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. If a return is required, instructions will be provided directly.
Digital Products
Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Consumer Rights
Nothing within this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
