Poem Stellium Seen

Poem Stellium: Seen is a curated feature created to spotlight London-based poets.

This space exists to honour poets not only through their words, but through their presence — their voice, their story, and the person behind the work.

It is not a competition.

It is not a paid feature.

It is not a publishing deal.

It is a carefully held space for poets to be seen, in a way that feels grounded, considered, and real.

What Is Included

  • Selected poets will receive:
  • A feature on the Poem Stellium website
  • A short written interview
  • A portrait taken in London
  • One poem published alongside their story
  • This feature is offered completely free.

Who This Is For

Poem Stellium: Seen is for:

  • Indie poets
  • Self-published writers
  • Poets creating outside of traditional industry spaces
  • Voices that are often overlooked
  • You do not need a book.
  • You do not need a following.
  • Your work, your voice, and your presence are enough.

The Intention

There are many poets writing powerful, necessary work without ever being fully seen.

Not just read — but seen.

This feature exists to create space for that.

To slow things down.

To step away from performance.

To centre presence over visibility, and story over status.

The London Focus

This feature is currently rooted in London.

Portraits will be taken in the city, often outdoors and within natural spaces.

We are starting where we are — with the place that continues to shape and inspire the work.

How It Works

Poets will be selected through a curated process.

At times, applications may open.

At other times, poets may be invited directly.

All features are chosen with care and in alignment with the values of Poem Stellium.

Availability

Poem Stellium: Seen is not open on a continuous basis.

When applications open, this page will be updated with full details on how to take part.

A Final Note

This space is built with intention.

Each feature is approached with care, presence, and respect for the work being shared.

Poem Stellium: Seen is about more than visibility.

It is about being witnessed.
