Submissions — Narrative Art

WE ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR NARRATIVE ART SUBMISSIONS.

We are proud to now welcome submissions of Narrative Art — original artworks that tell a story through imagery, text, or a combination of both.

What We Accept:

  • Narrative art submissions must be saved and submitted in PDF format only.(Please ensure your work is professionally presented. If you create your piece by hand, scan it and save it as a PDF.)
  • There are no submission fees, no reading fees, and no specific theme requirements.

Submission Schedule:

We accept narrative art submissions twice a year, operating on a term-on, term-off basis.

You are welcome to submit one narrative artwork per open submission term.

Important Guidelines:

  • We accept submissions from artists worldwide.
  • All submissions must be originalpreviously unpublished, and presented in English if there is text involved.
  • Simultaneous submissions are allowed. However, if your work is accepted elsewhere, please notify us immediately.
  • Previously published works will not be considered.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format only. Other file types will not be reviewed.

Important Submission Policy:

  • Please respect the submission window. Any submissions sent while we are closed will be disregarded without acknowledgment. This is to honour both your time and ours — we appreciate your understanding.

Copyright and Rights:

  • Artists retain full copyright ownership of their work.
  • By submitting, you grant PoemStellium a one-time, non-exclusive right to publish your piece on our platform.
  • Once published, your narrative artwork will remain available on our site unless you request its removal.

Response Time:

  • If selected, a member of our team will contact you within one month of your submission.
  • If you do not hear back from us within one month, unfortunately, your work was not selected. We warmly encourage you to try again during future open calls!
